NHCRWA revised the amendment to its Rate Order by replacing Section 3.06, relating to a GRP Participation Fee

The North Harris County Regional Water Authority (the “Authority”) posted on February 6, 2025 a draft amendment to the rate Order, relating to a Groundwater Reduction Plan (“GRP”) Participation Fee on our website for public comments. After receiving input from the public, the Authority revised the draft amendment by replacing the existing Section 3.06 instead of adding a new Section 3.08.
