The North Harris County Regional Water Authority (the “Authority”) proposes to amend its current Rate Order by adding Section 3.08, relating to a Groundwater Reduction Plan (“GRP”) Participation Fee. The Authority has scheduled a workshop for March 3rd, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Authority’s office, 3648 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Suite 110, Houston, Texas.
